Interface IConfigBatchUpdater

Queues related setting changes for IConfigSchema.batchUpdate(Consumer).

Call set(IConfigValue, Object) for each desired value. MezzConfig validates and applies the complete group only after the callback returns, so listeners never observe a partially updated batch.
